Warning lights are installed on professional vehicles like police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks to increase visibility and attraction on the road. Our warning light is a 46-inch long bar-shaped light strip that can be customized in color and flashing mode. It is waterproof, stable, non-dropping, and easy to install. How do we make it?

First, we select suitable LED chips as the light source. LED chips are semiconductor devices that convert electricity into light. They are energy-efficient, eco-friendly, long-lasting, and small. We design the arrangement and connection of the light source board based on the size of the warning light to ensure even and bright light emission. The board is made of aluminum substrate with good thermal conductivity to dissipate heat.

Next, we choose a matching power driver for the board. The power driver is a circuit that converts AC power into DC power, providing stable current and voltage to the LED chips. It is built-in on the board, saving space and cost. It is also waterproof and dustproof.

Then, we apply waterproof treatment to the board and power driver. We use PU potting, where the board and driver are encapsulated in PU material, forming a sealed waterproof layer. This achieves an IP65 waterproof rating.

Furthermore, we select a heat sink that matches the board. The heat sink transfers heat from the board to another object or the air, reducing the temperature of the LED chips and extending their lifespan. It consists of aluminum fins attached to the board with thermal grease.

Finally, we choose a secure mounting method to attach the warning light to the roof. We use brackets and screws to connect and tighten the warning light. They are made of metal for strength and durability.

Our warning light also has a feature that allows control of the flashing mode through a controller. The controller is a small remote device that uses a wired signal to control the flashing mode.The controller can control multiple flashing modes, such as fast flashing, slow flashing, alternate flashing, breathing flashing, directional lights, alley lights, etc.
